Isabel began taking ballet, tap, and jazz classes as a toddler. In seventh grade, she became a full-time student at the Maine State Ballet (MSB), and then a company member three years later. She was given the opportunity to perform George Balanchine’s Waltz of the Flowers, Waltz of the Snowflakes, and Marzipan dances in the Nutcracker, as well as other corps and solo roles in a variety of classical and neoclassical ballets. Over the summers, she attended ballet intensives, including those of Cincinnati Ballet, Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, and Gelsey Kirkland Academy.
